A Titanium Gr.5 3pc Ball Valve is a three-piece ball valve constructed of Titanium Grade 5, a titanium alloy with high mechanical strength and corrosion resistance against severe chemicals and seawater. The 3-piece body construction provides easy disassembly without having to remove the valve from the pipeline.

Main elements consist of a Titanium Gr.5 valve body, floating ball, stem, PTFE or PEEK seats, end connections, and fasteners. The modular body sections are bolted together for easy internal access for cleaning or repairs.
Working Mechanism
The valve has a quarter-turn actuator or handle. By a 90-degree turn, the ball floating within either opens or closes the flow path by aligning with (open) or opposing (closed) the path. The ball comes against the downstream seat to make a leak-tight seal. The 3-piece construction eases servicing in-line without agitating the system.
