Terms & Conditions
1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern all supply of industrial valves and related equipment by Middleeast Valve. All transactions are conducted strictly on a B2B basis.
2. Orders & Acceptance
- Orders are valid only upon written confirmation.
- Buyer-provided technical specifications are binding.
- Quotations are subject to stated validity period.
- Any modifications must be agreed in writing.
3. Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods:
- Advance Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
- Letter of Credit (LC)
Production or dispatch may commence only after agreed payment terms are secured.
4. Pricing
- Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Freight and insurance are excluded unless agreed in writing.
- Prices are subject to change prior to order confirmation.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to manufacturing schedules, material availability, and force majeure conditions.
Delays shall not entitle the buyer to claim indirect damages.
6. Warranty
Middleeast Valve provides an 18-month warranty from the date of supply.
Warranty covers manufacturing and material defects only.
Warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation
- Misuse
- Incorrect application
- Unauthorized modification
- Normal wear and tear
Warranty remedy is limited to repair or replacement at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Middleeast Valve shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- No liability for production loss, downtime, or loss of profits.
- No liability arising from misuse or improper installation.
Total liability shall not exceed the value of the supplied goods.
8. Non-Return Policy
Industrial products supplied are non-returnable once delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Technical Responsibility
The buyer is solely responsible for:
- Proper installation
- Application suitability
- Compliance with project requirements
- Site conditions
10. Force Majeure
Middleeast Valve shall not be liable for delays or failure due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, including product descriptions, drawings, catalogues, logos, and images, remains the property of Middleeast Valve and may not be reproduced without written permission.
12. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved by arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The arbitration award shall be final and binding.
