Pneumatic Actuated 3 Piece Ball Valve is ball valve type that is operated by a pneumatic actuator, which employs compressed air to move the ball valve mechanism. It Consists of three components—two end caps and one central body section. which facilitate easy maintenance, cleaning, and component replacement without the need to uninstall the complete valve from the pipeline.

Main Components

  1. Pneumatic Actuator:

Transfer compressed air into rotary motion to drive the valve. It facilitates remote, automatic operation.

  1. Valve Body (3-Piece Design):

Made up of a middle body and two end caps. Facilitates easy removal for cleaning or maintenance without disarranging the pipeline. 

  1. Ball:

A hollow, perforated ball that spins to close or open the flow passage. Accuracy-machined for leak-free shutoff.

  1. Seats:

Normally constructed of PTFE or some other soft materials, these rings support the ball and provide tight sealing.

Working Mechanism
